Aged and Alone

My mind is sharp, So young at heart. My body aging, falling apart. The days so long, Time ticking by. I sit and wait, I wonder why. Left forgotten, no time for me. I've been there too, Too busy to see. One day soon, I'll be called home. You'll then be, left free to roam.

To Forgive

Learning every day, Your spirit in my heart. man will disappoint, yet I anger not. Aching is my heart, full of sadness for each one. The judgement that I see, unrecognizable the wrong. Humbly to request, this broken vessel emptied. Filled again with love, forgiveness to be freed.
