I open up my Facebook,
this is what I see.
Trump and Hillary haters,
another shooting spree.

Children who are missing,
the Amber alert is shared.
Animals abused,
their owner’s didn’t care.

Obituaries everywhere,
another life is lost.
Go Fund Me’s raising money,
helping families with their costs.

Scroll a little further,
finally good news.
I see a new born baby,
a birthday party too.

Vacation’s at the beach,
matching outfits for a pose.
Smiling faces, happy times,
soon come to a close.

As I sit and ponder,
moving down my feed.
A world without a filter,
and Jesus is in need.
