Our Christian freedoms disappearing,
with each passing day.
Merry Christmas is replaced,
with Happy Holidays.

Prayer in schools illegal now,
gone for several years.
America the melting pot,
caters to the fears.

Separation of church and state,
now practiced  without thought.
On Christianity our country founded,
the Lord’s was often sought.

Now the cross is taken down,
offensive to so many.
Foretting what it represents,
for some our hearts are aching.

It’s time to stop and take a stand,
to spread His precious word.
Remind the world that Christ still lives,
The truth needs to be heard.
